Stress Management Programme
“Stress” is a term we use constantly in conversation, but what does it really mean?
We are seeing the rising trend of stress among students and so WIMA Kazhakoottam in association with KIMSHEALTH had conducted an informative session about “Stress management among students” on 11th December 2025 at 2:00pm at Government Women’s ITI, Kazhakoottam.
- Welcome address: Mrs Sherin John (Principal, Government Women’s ITI)
- Felicitation & introduction: Dr Simi (WIMA Chairperson)
- “Stress Management among students” was orated by our Dr Susha John, Consultant Psychiatrist, KIMS
- Health to enrich the students of Government Women’s ITI, Kazhakoottam. It was an interactive session and taken well by the students. It was concluded with the doubt session.
